What is your return policy?
We are proud of our products and happy to accommodate returns of unopened and unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase. All returns are subject to the following rules:
- Only new and unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged
- Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable
- Return labels are not provided by Twist Me Pretty unless fulfilling a product warranty
- Free gifts with purchase are not eligible for refund or return
- If emailing about a product malfunction, please include a photo or video, reason for the malfunction, and order number
* Please note, we do not take any responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the original order address. No refunds/ returns will be accepted for lost, stolen or missing packages.
